From paddock to plate, our kitchen transforms local treasures into dishes that make taste buds dance. Gather around generous sharing boards piled with Australian favourites, or savour something special from our seasonally-inspired menu.

Our bartenders pour everything from crisp Australian wines,  to a refreshing selection of local beers, and playful cocktails that tip their hat to the tannery days.

Every recipe tells a story – we’ve just added a dash of Brell House magic.
